Ebay issued a refund. Paypal says it is completed. But it does not appear in my bank account.My bank told me that they have no direct arrangement towith paypal for this kind of transaction and paypal manages the routing of the refund to the bank. i am very confused.
Refund was completed by March 18

Could i have it routed to my paypal wallet instead if it doesnt appear in my account?
