I bought something from rockler. I paid through paypal checkout and its all good. after a minute i asked something from them and they decided to cancel my order. i checked paypal and there is a payment authorization. how do i proceed with this? i am afraid my credit card company will charge me for this. please help.
When you pay a company (rather than an ebay seller or individual), then it is often pending until that company processes your order and captures the pending payment.
If they don't process that order and capture the pending payment then the pending status times out at 30 days post-payment.
