Refund Pending Still

I purchased an item on ebay back in mid October that never arrived. On the 4th November the seller refunded me. However, it's still sitting as pending in my PayPal account. It is now the 17th December and this refund has been pending for well over 30 days. The refund is stated to go back into my confirmed bank account. I have had two more refunds since this date that have gone through no problem to the same bank account, so why is this one still pending? I spoke to the ebay seller and it's marked as gone through on their end (they sent me screenshots to prove this). When will the money actually go back into my bank account and why is it taking so long? Please do not respond with that bog standard answer on refunds because this is now beyond a reasonable time to wait for a pending refund. Keep in mind - 4th NOVEMBER it was issued and this is now the 17th DECEMBER.

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...

1. Paypal phones are slowly re-opening and increasing in numbers (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.

4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
