So I recently sent a friend 900 PLN and I am Canadian but she doesn't need it anymore but her account is locked now because it has so much money, so i was trying to figure out how to request a refund. The way it tells me it did not help and I was wondering if someone can help me. Again I just want to cancel/refund what i sent 2 days ago!
Sounds very odd, funds don't get locked for having too much money !!!
How did you send it was it friends/family or goods/services and is it a real friend, only its a scammers trick to get you to send using the f/f option and then pretend they didn't receive it or can't withdraw or use it?
So which way did you send and what does it say next to the transaction in your paypal account.
