I had to refund a buyer recently and PayPal sent it to the incorrect person. I used the “refund” option on the original transaction to ensure I was refunding the correct person, but after completing the refund, the transaction history shows the refund going to “Digital Forensics Solutions, LLC”. How is this possible??
