Refering the payers to a webite i dont have

I live in thailand... my bank account is opened in thailand the pay pal was opened in cambodia...i dont live there and have closed the account that was connected to a cambodian bank account.... but i reside live and bank now in thailand... now i cant recieve Any money from america .... or anywhere what do i need to do? All my accounts info is verified and ready to go card phone email etc...all verified

if your paypal account is open in Cambodia, no addition of bank account possible /

there is also "CGU" paypal:
you must open a paypal account from your country of residence /

it is an offense which leads to a permanent restricted account /
