Received Payment, but Not Showing in Balance

I had someone send me a payment earlier as F/F and it says that it is completed on both of our ends, but the funds aren't showing up in my balance. I tried reaching out to PP, but they are swamped. Is this normal? Help?!

My money was in my account this morning and I was able to transfer it to my bank. Hopefully it’s fixed for everyone.

Yes! I had a payment at 9am this morning. Went to transfer it to my bank and it's saying I have $0 in my PayPal account. I've double checked everything. What is going on???

My mom sent me a payment via PayPal 2 hours ago. Says the money was received, but account balance shows $0.00! I need to transfer the money to my account! I wish PayPal would get this resolved.

I received funds from 3 different people and they say received and completed but not showing up in my bank or paypal balance and i never got a notice that any of the payments were on hold.

I am having the same problem. I received money but it does not allow me to transfer it to my bank. I also don't see the balance anywhere

Just got the payment from an item on ebay. Nothing is added at my balance but it appears at activity as completed.... do you have any idea why it happened?

I’m having the same issue and tried calling PayPal and it hangs up on me every time. Just had $150 sent to me that I can’t access to get my car out of the shop so now I’m stuck here with no way to pay for it and no resolution.
