Received Payment, but Not Showing in Balance

I had someone send me a payment earlier as F/F and it says that it is completed on both of our ends, but the funds aren't showing up in my balance. I tried reaching out to PP, but they are swamped. Is this normal? Help?!

I sold an item on Depop and I got all the usual notifications and emails from Depop and Paypal. In my transaction history it says payment received but the money is nowhere to be found in my Paypal balance. I've sold many items before and never had a problem. My email is definitely verified. What seems to be the problem?

I have a similar problem. I added money to my account through the cash load option at a CVS. I got all the normal notifications/emails to confirm it and it even says “transfer -completed” but the money was never added to my PayPal balance.

i just signed up to say the exact same thing. Ive had a significant amount of money sent to me today and its saying its received and its just not in my wallet. I feel awful about this.
