Received Payment, but Not Showing in Balance

I had someone send me a payment earlier as F/F and it says that it is completed on both of our ends, but the funds aren't showing up in my balance. I tried reaching out to PP, but they are swamped. Is this normal? Help?!

I'm having the same problem right now. I've received two payments today (one this morning and one this afternoon), and although the morning payment funds went through into my balance okay, I haven't had the funds in my balance for the afternoon payment yet, so it must be a glitch in the system that's occurred in the past few hours.

Hello, my girlfriend transferred me money from her business account to my Personal Account. I received the payment notification and emails and i see in activity too but the payment hasnt arrived yet... its transferred 3 different times in two currencies.. for all three times i get the mails and also see in activity that i have received but funds in my account were not added.. what should i do? i told her to refund and paypal took from my original balance.. so like from my Gf's account, she transferred me 550 $ separated into three times... in my account ( which has original 400$) i can see the payment has arrived but no adding up in my balance (which should be 950$)... so i told her to open unauthorized transaction so i could issue refund but the payment (which is 550$) became on hold and my account balance is now -150$.... PLEASE HELP ! TwT

I'm the same as you, customer service only tells me that it is due to an "internal error", I have asked him 3 times when I am going to receive the money and his response has been: "Thank you for contacting customer service, if you do not have more questions press X ". They steal your money and they laugh in your face, I plan to close my account after receiving my money, PayPal is no longer a safe place, a bank where the balance disappears out of nowhere? What a scam!

I have received a payment for an Item I sold and it is showing that I received the money but it is not showing in PayPal balance and also I haven't bought anything so it is not the case that the money has been deducted there.

I have received a payment but it's not showing up in my wallet, it's also not in hold and I received an email confirming it, the email has since disappeared, the sender has confirmed the money left his bank so I'm clueless as to where it's gone, can anyone help?

I received two payments, one for $50 and one for $74. I had no activity on my account other than these payments. When I went to put them in my bank account, my PayPal balance was zero. It does not say pending on the account, it says "money received" and I'm not able to refund the person who sent it either. I asked them to send another payment and it went through fine. The person who sent the money said the first payment left their account. Why am I not able to get the first two payments into my balance?
