Long story short, my coworkers are reimbursing me through PayPal for a gift that I purchased for our boss. 5 out of 5 payment receipts have someone else's name on them instead of mine! They all have the same name on the receipts, it is just not affiliated with me at all. Yes, the payments are coming to me, but I am concerned that the name showing on their receipt is not me! No one that I have spoken to at PayPal is able to figure out why that is happening, nor do they seem interested in resolving this matter for me. Yes, a customer service rep said he put in a ticket for me 2 weeks ago and I just put in another ticket. Anyone else have this issue ever?
