Re-Activating Pre-Approved Payments - Eaglemoss Ltd

I'm trying to get my Eaglemoss Ltd payment re-activated and before you ask I have contacted Eaglemoss about it and they keep telling me I have to do this through my Paypal account and as I keep explaining to them, there is no way for me to do this. So I'm just trying to find out what I can do. Any help would be appreciated.

The next time you make a transaction with Eaglemoss, you may set it up again during checkout.

Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂

Yeah that's the problem when I contacted them about resuming my cancelled subscription (I ended the pre-approved payment so they couldn't charge me further) they are telling me they are unable to do that and then proceeded to tell me this:

Thank you for your email.

As mentioned this can't done be done by us, I have googled how to re set up a pre approved payment and this is what came up;

Log in to your PayPal account.

Click Settings at the top of the page.

Click Payments.

Click Manage Automatic Payments.

Select the payment for the PIN you want to reset, then click Change PIN.

Enter your new PIN.

So I'm at a loss on what I should do.

Hi @ShadowSpikes,

I'm sorry that you're getting instructions from a merchant that are not relevant to your request. Changing your PIN has no bearing on the billing agreements or pre-approved payments that you have set up. There is not a way to resume a pre-approved payment that has been made inactive. You would have to begin a new pre-approved payment agreement by initiating a new payment on the merchant's site.

I hope this helps!

Olivia
