I'm sorry to hear that you have an unrecognized transaction on your account. I know how concerning that can be. If you're not familiar with the payment or company, I recommend reporting the transaction right away by following the steps in this Help Center article: How do I report an unauthorized transaction or account activity? If you need any additional assistance, you can contact customer support by clicking 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal page. Support is also available through Facebook private message or Twitter direct message.
