I reacently contacted my bank about a payment i made and they told me that it was failed but keeps retrying because it cant connect with paypals servers. Apperantly paypal somehow missed my payment and is in a limbo between the shop i paid to and paypal itself. Tried contacting them on the messaging page but no response yet, any help will be appreciated, thanks.
