Hello , i tried to send money throught the email of a PayPal user or his PayPal.me link. Everything goes perfect and the system was asking me my phone number to send me the verification sms code but as i am traveling my SIM phone wasnt inserted in my phone , so i put it back and when i tried again the same procedure , it showed me "error coz of regulations" What happened ? Why i can't send it ? Please help me to fix that. Thank you in advance )
