I pd for an item not thru PayPal but the company sent me a PayPal receipt that says "activate PayPal for tracking and free return shipping". I already have a PayPal acct and this transaction does not show up in my history. I pd for item with same card registered on my PayPal acct and have same shipping address as PayPal acct. But I don't know if any of that matters. I tried clicking the activate PayPal that they included in the email but it doesn't do anything. Is this a scam?
