I have sent a payment to an email address which is not anymore accessible. How can I have it returned back to our paypal account? Can I still get the money that I have sent? It’s almost 1 month already. I already have asked help from out IT admin if we can still the inactive email address but as per our IT it’s already inactive so I could not open the email anymore. How can I solve this? Please help me.

What does it say next to the transaction in your Paypal account?

1. Pending / Unclaimed.
2. Pending / Unclaimed with a cancel option.
3. Completed / Sent.
4. Pending / Uncleared.
5. Pending awaiting authorisation.
