not for the first time Paypal use Account Balance instead preferred payment method. I noticed that during purchase I see preferred payment method selected (Bank Account in my case) and everything is ok. But then PayPal taking money not from the bank but from PayPal Balance. Is it actually possible to prohibit PP use account Balance at all (if not selected at least)? I just want to have this money untouchable. It sucks that you select one method and system use another without a notice...
