Paypal uncontactable during Covid19

Im sure im not the only seller experiencing issues with Paypal when trying to contact them over the phone, via email or even their silly automated text bot rubbish during this pandemic. Surely they cant just hold everyones money and switch their phones off and blame Covid 19??? The only number that actually rings through is to Paypals tax department which is still fully up and running (surprise surprise 😒) all other numbers have been switched off. Im completely lost as to what to do next and the only solution seems to be to get the lawyers involved, annoyingly expensive but has to be done.

I'm actually shocked. PayPal are still there as are sending me emails making decisions on resolutions but without my input!! I can't reply to the emails as they are no reply addresses!!. Their web chat and phone lines are down. I have sent emails to their complaints departments 24 hours ago. It's so frustrating . How do they think they can get away with this.i am not using paypal again till its sorted.

I have been trying to contact them since March. My account has a limitation so I can’t access my funds at all at the time when I need them the most. I did speak to someone just before I went into lockdown in Nz and she suggested I get on a plane and fly to Dubai to sort out my issue. I could not believe it. I have no responses to my emails any longer and once I do sort this out I will NEVER use PayPal again and will discourage friends not to as well. The rest of the world seems to be able to have remote support but not PayPal. Disgusted.
