Hello,
When I try to do payment to an email address, through paypal, on bank authentication - Enter OTP page, I get error message We are not able to process your request. Please try again later.
I do not get the OTP secure code number.
Kindly note that I tried several credit cards, from different bank accounts, but I am facing the above same error message.
I never faced this issue before, as I have done several payments through paypal in the past.
Kindly advise, how to fix this error.
