Paypal is a joke

what the hell is paypal doing???

4 weeks waiting for a refund, 

no way of contacting them, 

send an email, nobody responds.

send 2nd email, then get an answer that does not even come close to addressing my issue.

Couldn’t agree more. Just wish there was another company out there, as I always try avoid using PayPal where I can, absolute joke for a company their size

Paypal dont even have the decency to acknowledge messages sent to them, close their phone lines, so nobody can contact them.

I am going on 10 weeks waiting for a refund.  I have escalated the issue and resolution date for solving my problem has change 6 times.

No one to personally speak with at paypal .. The resolution centre is a joke. 

Customer Service is non existance.
