I have a query about a refund I had for an item on ebay which I paid on PayPal credit. I was told when I called on Friday that it has come off the balance but off the most recent purchase that needs paying (on the 4 month interest free) i wasnt convinced this was the case as I have paid a lot off of my credit the last few weeks /months and haven't spent too much yet my balance is still high. I left the phonecall very disappointed and found the customer service rather rude and abrupt and made me feel uncomfortable. I then had a refund go back on yesterday for a purchase which was after the one I've queried and that balance got cleared off just leaving the postage to be paid which would go against everything paypal told me about how refunds go on. I'm really fed up as I keep going onto chat and they say I have to ring as its credit but then they are rude and insists they are telling me right when I don't believe they are and the other refund proved that. I'm not talking a couple of pound either.
