Paypal credit no available

Hi I have recently set up a paypal credit account and used it to make a purchase with dominos pizza. When choosing to pay on ebay or normal websites the paypal credit option is not showing just my debit card and bank account. If my partner logs in to his paypal on the same website paypal credit is available. Any ideas? Thanks

Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum!

In general, before making a payment, our system considers a variety of factors and sometimes a payment method may not be available for security reasons. Unfortunately, we would not be able to manually change the security settings but you can try clearing your cache and cookies, deleting your browser history and waiting for 48 hours without accessing your account to let the system reset. also, you can try adding another funding source to your account.
