My bank is denying EVERY payment I make through Paypal. They have cancelled from $4 (mailing label) to $600 (resale items).
They claim that the majority of the scams they see are coming from Paypal. I don't believe it. But I can't continue to run a business like this - a couple hours daily trying to fix this.
Contacted the bank. They said they'd stop (for one year). They've said this before and it didn't actually work. If this doesn't fix we'll have to abandon Paypal. (We gotta keep the bank - have half a dozen accounts).
