Dear sir/madam, I am having an issue regarding the paypal balance of my account. I noticed in my last transaction that i was a charged with the reason of paypal balance (transaction ID 8ME81174T38035509) the ammount of 17.95€ .The same ammount for a previous purchase was already charged in my bank account (transaction ID 6W9533549U848771V). Could you please inform me why was I charged twice in my mastercard and in my visa cars the amount of 17.95€ for the same purchase? Kind regards, Savvas Rogkotis
