Paypal Payment Error

So I've been trying to buy VIP on this game called Moviestarplanet, and everytime I try I get the error,"sorry, we can’t complete your purchase at this time Please return to the merchant and choose another way to pay." It's been going on for about 24 hours now and I have no clue what to do other than sit around and try to be patient with PayPal but I would really like to renew my membership soon since there's a sale on it.

You should start to look for the information by starting out with the Game company your trying to buy the VIP from they might be having a Glitch on there end.

& #2  check if you have money in your Paypal account 😂 & have you purchased Game stuff with your Paypal before? make sure that the Game company accepts Paypal maybe they don't. another cool trick I know is if you had called Paypal & asked them to give you a (Paypal Bank Card) you could have gone with PlanB & used a (Paypal Bank card) witch will get the funds out of your (Paypal Balance) I'm thinking your Game company is having trouble retrieving the money from your (paypal Balance) that's why I have a (Paypal Bank Card) because I'm still Old FASHION I like my money in Cash $$ so I'm glad I called them & they helped me get a Bank Card in case I want to go to an ATM & get my money & not have it in a computer Bank where you can't get to it.

don't be Fancy be like me & still have money under the mattress so the wife don't get it when she uses my Paypal or my other Bank cards that I can't stop her but my Mattress & Real cash nobody can take that away from me LOL.

Ah well actually I bought from the same company a week ago using all the same things. The only difference is that I'm buying a pack that's $5 more. I've tried buying the same pack as last time yet I still get the same error. I've also tried to buy it on a new account, so I highly doubt it's a glitch on the game company's part. And I know I have the right amount of money in my balance. Plus, at the moment I simply can't get any type of card.
