Paypal Friend & Family Option

Dear All i have Paypal UAE based account , when i am transfer fund from my account its not showing friend and family option , if someone knows how i can get f&f option kindly help me .

Not all countries are able to send friends and family payments:

https://www.paypal.com/ae/webapps/mpp/send-money-online

If where you enter the amount to send does not give you friends and family option, then its not available.
