For my account, and every person I have asked, the notice on the PayPal Website for Debit Mastercard, says: "Backup Funding is Off". The Change button next to it is not functioning and goes to a screen with, "Sorry. It looks like nothing was found at this location. Maybe try one of the links below or a search?".
Calling PayPal seems to be the only way to change it. Even though they change it, the Website still says: "Backup Funding is Off". I agree with the agents who tell me, "it is not turned off, the screen is wrong."
Every agent I have spoken with has told me that they would report the issue and it should be fixed soon. This has been this way for at least 2 months now.
