I don't understand PayPal at all, sorry. I am computer literate but having a hard time. Is there a how to do something page for me to read. I have ADHD and need help. I set up a change in my auto-pay acct and it has not been deducted from my credit account. What is wrong with it. Will it start in Sept? I cannot pay card in 6 months so how much will be added to my account to pay? Can I apply for mercy and go for 12 months instead? I am a senior. Thanks.
