I am trying to buy a laptop from HP and I used to live in MIchigan but now live in Texas. When I select my Michigan address it allows me to use paypal credit but when I switch to my Texas address it removes the option to use paypal credit. I have changed my primary address on my account to my Texas one and it still will not work. Any ideas?
