Hi Community, just wondering to what extent are PayPal services and products available in Uganda. Is it possible to send and receive payment on Paypal from Kampala Uganda (East Africa). Thank you
You can only send money using a credit card or debit card. You can't send money to individuals and you can't receive money in any way.
