Payments with Bank Account not working

Recently my PayPal doesn't let me pay with my linked Bank Account(set as preffered) and always requires me to add a Credit Card. It used to work, I have checked on the 7th of April when I made a payment using my bank account.

Have you had a failed bank transfer or negative balance at all recently?

I have had a negative balance recently but it around the middle-end of March, so before I completed a payment on the 7th of April.

Still may account for it, as if you have had a failed transfer from a bank account or negative balance Paypal may require you to use a safer funding source (to them) of a debit or credit card.

I have also tried adding a credit card but it doesn't let me pay with Bank Account even if I have a credit card on.

Thats what i said, paypal would not let you use a bank account, you would have to use a credit card instead.
