i am not new to paypal and regularly pay and receive money instantly.However I have one person who has paid me before without issue but now her money doesn't come through.The first time she tried paying me i got a text message from paypal asking me to claim it but when i go to the paypal site i can't see how to.The second time i sent a payment request which she paid but it just says pending.Why am i having issues with just one paypal user ?
