Hi everyone, I have trouble with my PayPal. Here is the list:

1. I have money in my balance account. I tried to send it to my friend. Here is a thing, PayPal asked me to link the credit card. Logically, I do not need to link the card because I have money in my balance. The result was I cannot send my money.

What do I have to do? Are there any problems with my Paypal related to confirmation or anything else.

You need to link a back up funding source to enable payments from your balance or verify your paypal account.
