My country policy for online Purchase does not allow me to make payment in PayPal beyond $100 per each card. But you can use as many card to complete your payment. Can PayPal creates such platform that can enable me make payment by spliting the payment less than $100 so I could complete payment using different card already registered with Paypal. I have a payment of $236.52 right now to make. I cannot make such payment on one card hence the declines of my payment.
