As I write this, I am waiting for a response from customer service regarding a transaction that took place on Dec. 21... I sent money (apparently as an eCheck) to an intended recipient with the expectation that it would be there in 1-3 days. It is now going on a week, and all customer support can say is that it will take 6 days approximately for the funds to be available for the recipient. When I asked for a usable phone number to contact someone and resolve this issue, communication stopped.
Anyone out there an into this issue? Any answers for how to get the funds cleared and into the recipient's account?
