Hi I'm new to PayPal and recieved a refund of £9.21from a recent purchase. When I went to my PayPal account it only shows £8.70 Please can someone explain why I have a minus of 51p...cheers .
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
