Hello. I have recently tried to use PayPal as a safe place for a transaction of selling a digital/printable download of a music theory game that I created. There will be no physical product sent in the post, so there should be no import/export taxes involved. I'm in the UK and the buyer is in the USA. I asked for $10 USD payment (about £7 British pound sterling), and the buy agreed. She transferred the funds in dollars, but the payment was automatically "refused" without my doing anything. Her account says, "pending", so although funds left her bank account, they never were received in mine. She really wants to purchase my product, and I'd really like to sell it to her. How do we resolve this?
