Payment refused

Hi.

I am trying to make a payment but it keeps being refused.

I have X amount on my PayPal account, not enough for the payment

but I have X amount on my card, linked to PayPal account, when

combined there is more than enough to cover the payment.

Any idea why payment is refused?

I don't want to waste time moving monies from accounts.
