My brother sent a payment on the 15th (Thursday) and it still is not showing as a balance today the 20th (Tuesday). It indeed shows as Money In and in transactions. I have made a few Paypal payments since then but I double checked and I specifically selected those payments to use my checking account or a credit card. Why isn't it showing in my balance?
I'm sorry to hear these funds were missing. Hopefully, they've cleared by now. If he sent them with an eCheck that can take 3-5 business days. If you still need help with this, I'd recommend reaching out to customer service.
