Hello I have a problem with paypal when want yo pay an item in ebay the payment not accept such us my visa card is not empty and is international card but after each try paypal deduce 1 dollars,if i retry payment 20 time paypal take 20 dollars?!
Those one dollar charges are temporary pre-authorization charges to test the card. They'll eventually be removed, if a purchase was not completed. You tried to purchase 20 times but it failed, that's why there are so many charges.
