Payment problem

I've just made a payment and it's deducted from my bank account but a notification from PayPal says that the payment is still pending. What happened? Thanks

Pending as an echeque with a clearance date?

Pending /unclaimed?

Pending /unclaimed with a cancel option?

Pending awaiting authorisation to a company?
