Payment pending

I was sent a e-cheque, it says the payment was received but the payments been pending for 2 weeks? Would anyone know how I could resolve this thank you.

If it says payment received in your account then there should be a clearance date?

If so then that is an estimate dependent on the banks processing times.

In the UK its normally 5-7 working days.
