Hello I used paypal to buy something and my payment says pending in green beside it. The money has been taken out of my account but the seller hasn't received it. Whats going on?
They haven't to claimed or captured the payment yet. Some merchants capture payment in batches so it'll take a couple of days before it goes into Completed status.
If its pending / unclaimed then the seller or yourself have either sent it to an invalid email address ie spelling mistake or error OR he has not verified that email address OR its a currency the seller can't accept.
