Payment on hold and courier has not update tracking even after being delivered.

HI,

I have a payment which is on hold. I have confirmed with the buyer that he has received the item and is 100% happy. However, Australia Post has not updated the status to "Delivered". It is still marked in transit and has been for 1week. How else can I get Paypal to release the funds?

I hope you are well and healthy.

PayPal will automatically release your funds from hold after 24 hours (sometimes takes longer) from the actual date/time of delivery. If Aus post is not updating the status of your tracking then you have to call them and request to have it updated.
