I have made a payment which is not showing on my payment list, how do I go about it?

Did you confirm your email address?
maby you’ve sent the payment as a guest? Did you send the payment by logging into PayPal? If you haven’t then you wont see it in the Activity section
Payments as a guest are not part of your PayPal account activity.
You'll find the transaction on the credit card account used for the purchase.
If you dont see the transaction in your activity then call PayPal.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
