Payment not sent/recieved

I sent a payment a couple of hours ago. Normally, I instantly get an email saying I sent Joe <removed> a payment.   I have not received any email, and the recipient has not received the payment.

 

Are things running slow or delayed today (Tuesday June 8th)?

If the transaction shows as "Completed" on your PayPal account, the payment is successful, and the funds will appear on the recipients account. If the transaction does not show as "Completed", but the funds have been debited from your bank/card, please contact our Customer Support team for further assistance. I would suggest contacting us via Facebook - https://www facebook.com/PayPal/, Twitter - @AskPayPal., chat or phone and we would be happy to advise.
