Payment not recieving

Hello everybody as i am new to paypal..someone send me money from. Another country and still now my balance shows zero as to clarify my bank details verifications are pending..but why the paypal balance is zero...its already one day

Did they send in your currency or another one?

Have you added the currency that they sent to your Indian paypal account?

Have you fully verified your account?

Have you double checked the email address that they sent the funds to and made sure there wasn't a spelling mistake or error.
