Payment notification received asking to resolve a query. I resolved that query and now there is no trace of that transaction!! What kind of system is this? Now my monies are not visible anywhere! Account is confirmed, Bank details are confirmed but money not received!
Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear you're running into some issues receiving payments. If your payment is unclaimed for 30 days, it may be returned to the sender. I'd recommend reaching out to your sender to see if the funds can be resent if the payment has been cancelled.
