Payment made but not received by seller

Hi, I have sent a payment to a seller on Shpock which is showing as paid on my account but the seller states it’s not showing on his? I paid for goods not on friends and family. Can it take a while to show on his account or should it be there straight away?

Double check the email address you sent the funds to and make sure there was no error and it went elsewhere?

Were the funds sent in the receivers currency?

Thanks for your reply, yes your right the seller missed a "." Out of their email address. I've got to wait 10 days to get my money back now from the other account! Doh.
