Payment issue

I was booking a flight , i papaid from PayPal but it comes with "the transaction is failed" due to some reason but the money is deducted still the ticket is not booked . What should I do now?

What does it say next to the transaction in your Paypal account?

1. Pending / Unclaimed.
2. Pending / Unclaimed with a cancel option.
3. Completed or payment / Sent.
4. Pending / Uncleared.
5. Pending awaiting authorisation.

Transaction is not showing in PayPal history Bank is saying payment was successful PayPal is saying contact bank. Bank is saying contact merchant

I have same problem it has been 30 days i haven't received my refund have you received yours?
